Grape varieties: Prosecco 85%, Bianchetta (to soften) Perera  (to add fragrance) Verdisa  (to add acidity) 15%.
Colour: straw yellow with a hint of light green.
Perlage: soft and abundant foam, with a persistent and thin beading.
Fragrance: spring flowers and fresh fruit.
Flavour: fresh, flavours of apple, pear and subtle yeast.

RECOMMENDED WITH...

Excellent aperitif, with starters and fried fish. Light first courses, risotto with spring greens and seafood. Fish main courses, especially if oven baked.
